was born in Hamburg in 1964. Starting his work in the field of therapeutic pedagogy Ralf Gleide studied German language and philosophy as well as the free study of anthroposophy. Since 1993 he has conducted research on fundamental anthroposophic questions, as well as lecturing and giving seminars. From 1997 through to –2002 he was employed as consultant and educational advisor at the VAB / GAB in Munich, mentoring trainees and coaching people in their professional career. In 2002 he founded the D.N. Dunlop Institute for anthroposophic adult education, social research and consultation in Eberbach.
