Foundation Board - Sascha Scholz
Sascha Scholz was born 1975 and spent his childhood in Dresden. He trained as an off-set printer, also worked and served his civilian national service nursing elderly and handicapped people. Since 1996 he has been in search of a culture that has a relevance and impact on the public. In this time he also met the much adimired anthroposophist and philanthropist Claus Dittmer. As of 1998 he has been in cooperation with Thomas Keil, has worked as guardian in youth holiday camps and in farming. In 2000/2001 he studied history and ethics in Erfurt and made the aquaintance with Thomas Brunner. Since then he has participated in various projects such as: work with orphans in Romania, private lessons for children, the initiative Scream for change, a project aiming at understanding and dealing with the amok run at the Gutenberg-Gymnasium in Erfurt and as course instructor for graffiti in the youth center Wiesenhügel. Furthermore he has helped building up the youth center Culture Jump and spent a year teaching at a Waldorf seminar in Stuttgart. Since 2009 he is teaching german, social studies and history at the Waldorf School in Weimar.
